Goodbye 2008!!

Here we are again in the last day of the year. After today, we will waive goodbye to the dearest 2008 & welcome 2009 with open arms (whether you like it or not). There were lots of ups & downs throughout this year.

Celebrating Christmas.

When everyone was busy celebrating Christmas on 25th DEC, i had my own special way to celebrate it although I'm not a Christian la. I spent my time few days at my grandparents' place with my grandparents & cousins. i planned not to go back my grandparents place actually because i was too excited to meet my friends on Christmas day... but, unfortunately.. since my mum was working night shift, my dad + brother still in KL "SHOPPING" for CNY and my aunties & uncles place were full with their children, So i was left no choice but to go back to my grandparents place. Hei! it's not that I'm scared to stay alone at home OK.. It's just that there r lots of break-ins in my housing area these few days and my mum & grandma keep on telling me (a nicer word than "nagged") not to stay at home alone.. At last, being a good and obedient girl, i went home. Missed another chance to meet my friends.. Miss u all so much!! huhu..

Anyway, it's not that bad going back to my hometown, I love my hometown.. :)
Let's see, i spent almost half day at my great grandparents place, chat with my grandaunt, sleep & layan kerenah my 2 cousins.

The following day, since there was nothing much to do, my grandma, me & my cousin made kuih cucur (actually we prepared the mixture the night before coz the mixture needs to be leave overnight).

Ha... At last i found sometime to blog. Kinda relieve after my group handed in our debate report. Thanks to all my friends who had pour in so much effort to complete the report, especially Jasmine who had done the most work. *applause*. But final exam is really around the corner about 2 weeks from now.Must start study edy oo.. Haiz...

The peak period.

It's the peak period in trimester 2... very buzy with assignment, report, exams, meetings & etc.. Too many things in my mind. Can't really sleep this few days although i'm tired, dunno why. Maybe coz too hav too many things to do & worry. I can see dark circles forming under my eyes already. I tend to forget lots of things. Haiz... need to get some gingko nut for the brain. Having Quantitative Analysis test on this Saturday. Die lo.. not yet study anything + i dunno how to do the questions in tutorial.. how to do test??!! HOW?!!! HOW?!!! HOW?!!! Huhu... Someone please~ teach me Chapter 8..
Report for Managerial Communication debate have to hand in on monday. Have to finish it right after my test this saturday.

Can't stop thinking my brother enjoying his holiday & doing CNY shopping while i'm stuck here with tonnes of works!! I plan to go KL next week but, looks like can't make it. To my friends out there, if i'm still in Melaka next week, let's go out k? really need to give myself a break.

Nothing much happen these few days. went out with my cousin & kinda sad coz can't join my frens for reunion. Sorry guys, meet u all next time. Yesterday went to watch musical play "The Given Gift" by MMU Christian Society. Lee Hoon & Siew See were there also.

Juz came back from 2 meetings. aiyo.. tired leh. more meetings means... MORE WORK!! Juz got 1 1/2 pages of companies to call.. Wah!! looks like my phone bill this month is gonna be longer.. huhu.. luckily can claim but... I still have pay 1st though... There goes my budget for CNY shopping.. huhu.

Oh no!! Looks like for the past few days i'm having a food fiesta. ARGH!!! Better stop before...(u know what will happen).. haiz. My mama came yesterday. So, after class yesterday, i brought her to visit her great-grandson.. yes, my nephew.

My cousin was there during that time & since she had not take her lunch, brought her to Windmill. At first I planned not to eat anything but in the end i ordered a plate of spaghetti. Aiyo!! eat some more..

This morning, went to Seri Negeri with Yee lin & Jasmine. The clerks there work so.... super.... slowww & kinda rude... OMG!!! They should learn some manners & communication skill. I asked for a "specific form" from a malay clerk but she answered me with that some sort of angry tone.. Hello!! i'm not doin anything wrong!!! I'm not asking Money from you (clerk)!! Oh, maybe she is angry bcoz she has to wake up from her chair & walk for few steps to get the forms for us! After we took the form, hang around to take a look at the form 1st, in case got anything want to ask them. When we wanted to ask them something, no one was at the counter. They can juz ignore us there without asking whether we need help, although they can "SEE" us there. The same thing happen to 2 malay ladies who came in later, but at least they entertain them. ARGH! I saw them busy packing some school bags (should be for the unfortunate children), but there were bout 4-5 people there takkan 1 fella also cannot entertain us. How la wanna improve government agencies' service if their workers are all like this. At last, we just left & went Dataran Pahlawan to buy something.

Before we walk around finding the stuff we wanted, of course we have to let our stomach have what they want since it was noon+ i dun take any breakfast in the morning. So, we went to a Japanese restaurant in Dataran (forgotten wat's the name, but it's opposite Gintell.. i think). Too hungry to snap pics until we finish our lunch.

We walk around to find the things we need. After tired walking, we went to eat herbal jelly in Melaka Raya. The shop's name is Chuang Chun Herbal Sdn. Bhd. The shop is located just 2 doors before Starbizz (Melaka Raya). It is my first time here. I like the setting & interior design of the shop. There are many few flavors of herbal jelly that you can find here. For a reasonable price, you can get a bowl of this original herbal jelly.
